In our one-on-one coaching sessions, we will define what wellbeing means for you and the areas of your life that you value - whether that means losing weight, balancing stress, or an overall healthier lifestyle. 

From there, we will define specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet, exercise plan or meditation for you, but together we will explore the activities that make the most sense in your life and that bring you joy.
