What if the reason people engage with your content but don’t hire you is because they see you as a friend instead of the coach?

And listen, I’m NOT telling you to stop being relatable. Your ideal client needs those “me too” moments. She needs to know that you understand what she’s going through, especially when you’ve lived through a similar transformation yourself.

But your content can’t always stop there.

If every post and DM leaves her thinking, “She’s just like me,” but never, “She sees something I don’t see yet,” you may be building connection without building enough authority for her to trust you as her coach.
