497. How to Create Bonuses That Actually Help Sell Your Coaching Offer

LISTEN & SUBSCRIBE

Is your bonus actually making your offer more compelling, or are you just giving your clients more stuff to do?

In this episode of The Divorce Revolution Podcast, I’m talking about something I got wrong for a LONG time: bonuses.

I used to think a great bonus meant giving people more. Another course. Another training. Another call. More resources. More value, right? Not necessarily. Because your buyer probably isn’t sitting there thinking, “You know what would make me buy this? Another 50-page workbook.” In fact, piling more into your offer can actually create MORE hesitation, especially when she’s already wondering whether she has enough time to do the actual program.

So instead of asking, “What else can I give them?” I’m showing you how to think about your bonuses like a marketer.

What I Discuss:

  • 04:03 Why your best bonus idea could be hiding inside your buyer’s objections
  • 06:57 What your current clients keep getting stuck on and what that can tell you
  • 10:25 Why you don’t need a bonus for every reason someone might say no
  • 13:13 How to keep your bonus from becoming an entirely separate program
  • 16:30 Why you still have to sell the bonus, not just tell people what they’re getting
  • 18:10 The simple bonus audit I want you to run before creating anything
  • 19:11 What I want you asking instead of “What else can I throw in?”
