Just a Reminder of a Few More Quick Steps


1) Make sure you have watched the welcome video above if you haven't already.


2) Check your email right now to confirm your registration and get the link to join the kick-off call for the challenge set for Sunday April 10th.  You should also have an email with the instructions for how to access your workout program.  If you don't see it, check your Junk email folder.  Or email me @ and we'll get you squared away!


3)You will need to fill out the waiver in the welcome email for the workout program in order to access your program.  You will have access to the workouts until April 18th so feel free to take advantage of them as many times as you want until then!  You will see you have more than 5 days worth!


4) The challenge officially starts April 11th but you want to head over to the closed Facebook group now.  Not only will you join the incredible group of like-minded women but I am also supporting and coaching you starting NOW!
