Jessica shares that it is way easier to start your transformation by doing little challenges with yourself, focusing on how you feel instead of how you look, and always remembering the person you no longer want to be. Jessica also talks about her training methods, explaining that lifting weights is a matter of enriching her life and that’s what she tries to pass along to her coaching clients.
